The saying that an Igbo man or woman cannot be scammed is completely wrong as some of them are not as wise as others.
This case is that of a very gullible fellow who fell for one of the cheapest scams ever.

The woman by name Nnamdi Chekwube was looking for an easy way to win the Zoomlife lottery which is owned by Peter Okoye, aka Mr. P, but out of ignorance she was chatting with a fake account without the twitter verified tick.
After making a payment of N30,000 she later discovered she was scammed and probably blocked which is how she got to know the real and verified Mr. P’s account.

One funny thing about this account is that it was created a few weeks ago and probably the person created it for the purpose of winning giveaways and lotteries because going through the account you will discover that the person goes about dropping account numbers here and there.
Or probably after discovering she was being scammed on Instagram she now opened a Twitter account to chat with the real Mr. P.
