Breaking: Nigerian Government Postpones Resumption Date for International Flights

The Nigerian Government has postponed the date for the resumption of international flights. 

This was made known by the Federal Ministry of Aviation on Thursday evening during the Presidential briefing on COVID-19.

The announcement was made on Twitter around 5pm on Thursday.

The Tweet

The ministry regreted to give the announcement indicating that the international flights resumption earlier scheduled for 29th August has been shifted to 5th September 2020.

Nigerians have reacted to the tweet.

An anonymous user replied the Federal Ministry of Aviation’s Tweet saying: “Airlines have sold tickets, Total Chaos !Are we Prisoners ? Peoples lives are being toyed with ! Whyyyy ???”
