The times are really difficult now and everyone is desperate for succor.
Nigeria is going through tough times now and though it is global, Nigeria’s own seems to be the worst because of hunger. Imagine a young girl even going the extra length of giving herself to her neighbor just to eat this period.
For some days now we have been hearing of President Buhari’s intervention program called ‘Cpnditional Cash Transfer’ and according to Minister Sadiya Umar, the program commenced in Abuja FCT.
According to the aim of the initiative, its major and sole objective is to help the poorest and most vulnerable families but how they have been able to know these families remains a mystery.
Below are the four questions we should ask President Buhari;
1. Are the poorest and most vulnerable families in Abuja?
2. Is this program your personal program or is it being run as a federal government program which means it is financed by the federal government?
3. Is this intervention program solely for the north or the entire country?
4. Why do you decide to gather people and share money which is extremely risking in the spread of coronavirus and against the idea of social distancing?
These are questions we should ask our President and hope had comes up with relevant answers.
